Reservations: A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive a formal written confirmation and the required initial deposit.

Payment Schedules: The remaining balance of the tour package must be settled in full prior to your arrival date, or according to the specific timeline outlined in your customized itinerary invoice.

Currency: All prices are quoted in USD (or local currency as specified) and are subject to change in the event of major government tax revisions or unforeseen currency fluctuations.

We specialize in bespoke itineraries. While we make every effort to accommodate last-minute changes to your pace or style, modifications requested after booking confirmation may incur additional charges based on third-party supplier policies (hotels, transport, local guides).

Cancellation fees depend entirely on how close the cancellation date is to your scheduled arrival.

Standard Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be processed minus any non-refundable deposits made to boutique hotels, wildlife safaris, or specialized local excursions.

No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or unused itinerary segments (e.g. missed meals, tours, or transport) due to personal choice.

Passports & Visas: It is the traveler's sole responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from the date of entry) and the appropriate tourist visa (ETA) for Sri Lanka.

Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, personal baggage, and adventure sports activities before arrival.

While we carefully select premium local partners, transport providers, and accommodations, we act only as an agent. We cannot be held liable for injury, loss, damage, delays, or disruptions caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, airline schedule changes, or acts of God.

We reserve the right to alter itineraries or transport routes in the interest of safety, comfort, or local road conditions.
